Exhibiting at the 8 International Trucks and Commercial Vehicles TIR'2012 Motor Show is the perfect opportunity to enter the Ukrainian market, to establish new business contacts and to support your product.

GENERAL TERMS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE EXHIBITION

The Exhibitor will not be registered for participation in the Exhibition unless "AUTOEXPO" receives the following documents:

• General Terms of Participation in the Motor Show certified with a signature of the General Manager and the Сompany’s seal;
• Application for Participation (Form 1);
• Application for Entry into the Official Catalogue of the Motor Show (Form 2);
• Application for Extra Materials and Services (Form 3).

Requirements to filling the Application forms in:

І. Application for Participation in the Motor Show must be submitted before 01.09.2012.
When filling in Application for Participation the following requirements should be met:

• Application is to be filled in with block letters;
• All the fields of the Application must be filled in and contain full information about the Company;
• Application must be certified with a signature of the General Manager and the Сompany’s seal.

ІІ. Application for Entry into the Official Catalogue of the Motor Show is accepted:

• In electronic format only with the logo of the company;
• Application must be filled in English;
• Organizer does not assume responsibility for the information given in the Application as well as for orthographic, punctuation or stylistic mistakes;
• Deadline of the Application submission is 15.08.2012.

Attention! In case of submitting the application after the deadline, information about the Company won’t be put in the catalogue.

• Logo should be sent electronically in the following formats: TIFF (Tagged-Image File Format), EPS (Encapsulated PostScript) up to the 10th version, AI (Adobe Illustrator) up to the 10th version, CDR (CorelDRAW) up to the 10th version.

Attention! Logo sent in any other format won’t be accepted!

ІІІ. Application for extra Materials and Services must be submitted before 10.09.2012. After 10.09.2011 prices on all positions in the Application will be calculated with 2,5 increasing factor.

All changes and additions to the Application forms have to be certified with a signature of the General Manager and the Сompany’s seal and sent to the Organizer in written.

On receipt of the applications, filled in according to above-stated requirements, AUTOEXPO Company and the Exhibitor will conclude a Contract.

Payment of the participation in the exhibition

Payment of the participation in the exhibition are effected by bank transfer to the account of AUTOEXPO. The terms of 100% payment for participation in the exhibition is regulated by the Contract.

You can fill in the Application form in electronic format.  On receiving such Application we’ll contact you and send all necessary documents including the floor-plan with proposition of the best booth location for your company according to your Application.
